Celery Tomatoes Carrots Lemon Juice
A sweet and bright vegetable juice. For when you want to go a little bit fancy.
Add some parsley if you want a more green taste.

Ingredients:
3 Sticks of Celery
2 Carrots
1/2 Lemon
Tips:
You will want to buy all organic when possible, but if you can only choose one, make sure the celery is organic. I don’t peel the lemon when I juice. I find the oil in the peel adds even more flavor.
Benefits:
This juice contains beta-carotene, biotin, folic acid, vitamin C, calcium, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, sodium and sulphur. It is an excellent immunity booster! Also helps you detox and is great for your skin.
